Examination of the question of applicability of the Code of Discipline in Industry to industrial establishments in the public sector. Decision on the E(L)58-LR1-31 that it was not necessary for the Railways to adopt the Code of Discipline in industry, as adopted by the 16th and 17th Sessions of the Indian Lahore Conference, as the main objections behind such a code had been secured by their long standing procedures and conventions
