The directive of the Delhi High Court on the case brought by the All India Commercial Clerks Association, Bikaner Division, to classify its officer bearers as protected workers under the Industrial Disputes Act. The Ministry of Labour resolved that issues involving protected workers and their recognition in the case of railway personnel will be handled by ALC(C) Delhi after as curtaining particular in the case of unrecognised unions by notice sent to all concerned unrecognised unions
