Recommendation No. 78 of the 34th report of the Estimates Committee focuses on the progressive creation of vacation houses across the nation for all workers, especially those from lower income categories. 1. It is recommended that the facility be gradually expanded. 2. The decision to allow IV staff members of CLW, ICF, and GBP to utilise the vacation houses they had set up in exchange for regular rent, provided that doing so is feasible after satisfying the expectations of the home railway personnel. 3. The decision to allow the staff concern to use any Railway holiday home while waiting for the establishment of a separate holiday home for non-gazetted personnel of the Board's office and its associated and subordinate office. 4. A copy of the Railway Administration's guidelines for assigning rooms in the vacation homes is attached to this file. 5. Fuel supply, as agreed upon in the case of N.E. Railroad, to the employees residing in the vacation homes at the SBF's expense
