Running Allowance Committee 1980- Compensation of hours of employment of drivers and co-drivers for calculating O.T.A. Decided that in case of Drivers/Co-Drivers who are booked for combined Mail/Express/High Speed Train links, the hours spent on high speed trains should be multiplied by 104/90 and added to the hours spent on working other Mail/Express trains in the link for determining total hours and employment and O.T. may be paid beyond 104 hours at 1-1/2 times the normal rates of wage and beyond 108 hours double the normal rate of pay
