Fixation of pay of Army pensioners on re-employment in the Central Reserve Police- Question whether only pension in excess of Rs.15/- is to be taken into account. Decision that as a 'working principle' only the amount in excess of a service pension of Rs.15/- may be taken into account while fixing the pay of Army pensioners re-employed in the C.R.P. in a subordinate post after earning a military pension ranging from Rs.15/- p.m. to Rs.25/- p.m
