In response to No. 238, dated 9th ultimo, which suggests that Mr. Bixby be given an extra Rupees 1, 000 to cover his travel expenditures, the reply claims that the information provided is too ambiguous to accept the application. Until His Excellency is satisfied that the outcomes of Mr. Bixby's trips justify any more expense on the side of the Government, no more than the thousand Rupees have been sanctioned
