Sanction to award a monthly allowance of Rs. 50/- to a military medical officer in Baghaila on the Tigris for civil medical activities in addition to military duties. Question of granting wide authority to the Chief Political Officer, Baghdad, to sanction such allowances without consulting the Government of India, subject to the approval of the Local Director, Medical Services in each case, up to a maximum of Rs. 100/-
