(1) Orders on whether civil vacation pay is permissible for an officer who had no substantive assignment in any Civil Department at the time of his transfer to military service. (2) Decision that the provision of civil furlough pay in the case of officers earning less than Rs. 100/-p.m. is not subject to the requirement of extra expense outlined in Article 375 of the Civil Service Regulations
