Question whether Civil furlogh pay is admissible to an officer who at the time of his transfer to military empoy held no substative appointment in any civil Dept. and whether the grant of civil furlough pay in the case of officers drawing less than Rs. 100 p.m. is subject to the condition as to extra expense laid down in art. 335 C.S.R.
