1. Pakrail's proposal for relaxation of provision in pare 24 (2) of Annexure VII to F and S Rules as a temporary measure for the return of P.O.H. wagons after 3 and a half years against 3 years at present- proposal not accepted by Railway Board (India). 2. Instruction issued to the Indian Railways that in order to avoid payment of heavy debits to Pakistan Railways, their wagons when due to be sent back for P.O.E. should be cleared of chargeable defects- The bordering railways will exercise a final check on these defects
