Pakistan railway wagons in traffic condemned on the Indian Railways-Questions regarding advice for replacement being issued vide rule 19(2) of Annexure VII to the F and S Rules. 2. Decision that consequent on the damage of wagon/Vehicle in the other Loundary, the damaging railway will give a list of its wagons/Vehicle offered in replacement to the owning railway only when payment of compensation for the damaged wagon is not considered possible by the damaging railway
