Question of handing over military prisoners of the Imperial Service Troops from the front to the State authorities concerned for imprisonment. Proposal to amend the Prisoners Act 1900 (III of 1900) so as to provide for the removal of Imperial Service Troops prisoners being subjects of native states, to Jails in such States.
