Opium Regulation in Travancore. Passing orders on the request of the Travancore Darbar to reconsider the advice given in G.O. No. 59 Political, dated 29th January 1912, to omit from the draft - all provisions for permitting the introduction of poppy cultivation in Travancore and if this is not possible to grant a rebate of duty on opium.
