Acknowledges receipt of this office letter dated 24th June Last No. 860 and states that the views of the Lieutenant-Governor as to the expediency of allowing political refugees from Bhootan to remain, or to keep their property any where near the frontier appears to His Excellency the Viceroy and Governor General in Council to be correct and judicious.
