Decision that the value of certain retrospective concessions granted to subscribe to the Railway Provident Fund who was in service ---------------- 1st 1916 should not be treated as a debt due from Govt, to Railways and consequently should not be included into Provident fund liabilities to be settled through the India- Burma debt settlement.
