Decision that the calue of certain retrospective concessions granted to subscribers to the Railway Provident Fund who were in service on or from 1st April 1916 should not be treated as a debt one from Govt. to Railway and consequently should not be included in to Provident fund liabilities to the settled through the India-Burma debt settlement.
