A. F. I., who went to South Africa on a Lee Concession passage, would be entitled to the payment representing Mrs. Rawbone`s Railway fare from Durban to Cape Town, provided that the maximum amount admissible to her under the Regulations in respect of the entire journey (sea and land combined) was not exceeded.
