(1) The idea of collecting the house rent owed by Mr. J.C. White, C.I.S., a former political officer in Sikkim, for the residence he occupied in Gangtok. (2) Deciding that, up to a maximum of 5% of his salary and local allowances, the Political Officer in Sikkim shall pay rent for his house in Gangtok in accordance with Article 919 of the Public Works Department Code.
