Resident in Kashmir informed that the Government of India have no objection to the proposal of the Kashmir Durbar that the Agricultural Advisor to the Government of India may be permitted to visit Kashmir occasionally in order to inspect and advise on the work of the State Agricultural Department provided that the Durbar is willing to meet the cost of his Travelling Allowance
