In reply to No. 508T of 7th June forwards a copy of letter No. 12 dated 17th October 1870 from the Deputy Supdt. of Revenue Surveys 5th Division Lower Provinces from which the approximate bearing and distances of the Bhutan boundary from pillar No. 2 to 37 and from No. 42 to 78 will be found. .........
