Submits a copy of the official report of the proceedings in connection with the Lt. Governor's meeting with the Raja of Sikhim, and the chief persons of the Durbar of that State, at Choomnaga, within the Sikhim territory, furnished by the Deputy Commissioner who accompanied His Honor and was present at the Raja`s reception.
