Decision that the protection under articles 314 of the Constitution in repect of medical attendence benefits extends only to those members of the I.C.S. who became members of the from the Bar, the I.C.S., or any Judicial Service-would be entitle only to such medical attendence benefits as are allowed to an I.A.S. officer under the All India Services (Medical Attendence) Rules, 1954
