Decision that the Military Officer who was performed, of may hereafter perform the duties of Administrator, Kamaran Island or of Port Officer of Provost Marshal at Kamaran Island simultaneously in addition to his military duties, may draw in addition to his other emoluments full amount of allowances of post carrying higher rate to allowances plus one half of allowances of other post and that tha allowances are exempt from Income Tax. Inadmissibility of the exchange compensation allowance of these allowances
