Invites attention to a communication from the colonial Office regarding the prosperity attained by free Indian communities in the colonies. Puts forward certain other considerations for permitting the emigration of free J shourers to the Colonies and suggests that action may be taken in order that these considerations together with the facts presented in the colonial office letter may not be lost sight of or their importance overlooked.
