Decision that rule 24 (8) Part V of the Ecclesiatical Rules which permits the Supply by the public Works Deptt. of certain articles of Furniture for Lych- Gates of Govt. Cameteries should be also be regarded as authorising the renewal and repair of such Article by that Deptt.
