Ruling that an officer of the Provincial Educational Service when appointed to act in a appointment ordinarily held by an officer of the Indian Educational Service does not become an Imperial Servie officer for the Purposes of Rule II (1) of the Govt. of India, Finance Deptt. Resolution no. 249-E-A., dated the 15the July 1912.
