Decision that the concession specified in Rule 11(3) of the Govt. of India, Finance Deptt. Resolution NO. 1085 E.A. dated the 5th November 1919, should be refused as applying to all officers who retired after the 23rd July 1913 not only in the case of the services & deptt. specifically mentioned in the rule but also in the case of services etc. which have subsequently been included in Article 404-A C.S.R.
