Communicating to the Madras port trust , the sanction of the Govvernment of India for the payment of an allowance of Rs. 1,000 per mensem to sir francis pring during the period he is employed on the committee of enquiry into the Indian Institute of Sience, Banglore, and fixing his salry as Chyairman of the port Trust Board at Rs. 2,000 per mensem during that period, and sanctioning an allowances of Rs. 500 per mensem to Mr. H.H.G. Mittchhell for the extra workj that will devolve on him.
