Request a letter to the Govt. of Bombay authorizing them to supply the Indiasteamer with coals at Aden, if required on their undertaking to replace the came or repay their cost price and to give such general assistaned to the vessel as can he afforded without impediment to the public service also request that the India he allowd to carry a mail on the usual terms.
