Question whether a soldier transferred to the unattched list during his period of compusory retention with the colour under section 88 of the army act is eligible for the furlough gratuity under army ordr no. 203 of 1902, as amended by army order no. 14 of 1903 up to the date he extended his service to complete 12 years with the colour.
