Annescing copy of a letters from the court of director No. 46 dated 1st Novr. 1854. and stating that govt. has sanctioned the discharge from the service of serjent Benghlow of the D. P. W. as the father of the serjeant has paid by the Regulations for his discgharge and passage back.
