Forwards, with a view to the arrangement therein sanctioned being notified in G.O., copy of correspondence with the Secretary Govt. Saving's Bank, relative to a modification of the Orders of Govt. in the Finl. Deptt. in order to prevent the saving's Bank becoming a Govt. agancy on a small scale for the depositors of the Bank.
