With refrence to the 3rd para of mily Department no 289 of the 10th july last, submits, a scheme of classifications for the Civil Establishment for the survey recommends that the charge allowance should be distributed in the proportion of 50 Rupees per month to the present of senior civil assistant and civil 2nd assistant which would only occasion an increase of the usual expense equiralent to 50 Rupees per month.
