In contimation of his lr. dated 29th july last forwards an authenticated copy of the lr. from divison dempster late supg. surgein which forwarded the report of the examining committee recommending his advancment to the 1st Grade and in which dr. Dempoter adds his own testimony as to the Genl. good conduct.
