In Compliance with Military dept. letter no. 516 of 17th Instt intiamtes that he has made over the stores due upon the Annual Indent of this office with the exception of 15th sand not procuratble at Present and requests that in future the rantg. deputed to receive stores from his deptt. may eb furnished with a letter of authority.
