Authorising him for reasons stated, to admit to Mr. Reston the difference betwen Rs.500 per month and teh mount he has alaready received for the medical charge of the 1st Seikh local infy. with respect to the horse allowance govt. is of opinin that he has a fair claim to one and bove that of Rs.300 established for the ordinary medical charge of the Regt.
