States that Government have only to request that if the courts shall be pleased to send authority to the Government of India to appoint an inspector General of ordance they will at the same time authorize Government to issue a notifications abolisings the military Board observes that the present time is peculitary convenient for th eexecution of this measure that the board at present consits of colonel garstin Lt. Colonel mactier and Lt. colonel wilson that if that colonel garstin should not return to India the seat in the Board will be vacant but if he should return and if the Board should be aboilished he will fall back on his allowance of colonel and will then be eligible for a bigade command .
