Acquanting him in reply that Government of opinion that Quarter Master in the Hyderabad contingent should be allowed their pay from the date of their warrants but that the portion of the pay which is considered in the light of staff salary should be admitted only from the date on which the quarter master joins his the person acting for the quarter Master being allowed suchportion of the amount with held as may be admisible under the general regulations of the service for an acting appt.
