State that it has been decided by govt. in the Foreign Deptt. that the invalids of the Kotah Contingent shall be sent to the Nusseerabad Committee which in their examination of the Men should confirm to the strict rules obtaining in the Bengal Presidency to which the Kotah Contingent belongs.
