With reference to Military Deptt. Despatch No. 885 of 27 January last forwards certain documents which have been furnished by the Commandant of Artillery in the Case of Colly Mohun Banerji a late Clerk in the office of the Assistant Adjutant General of Artillery & now an applicant for pension.
