Forwadign a copy of this dept. no. 638 dated 20th JAn. 1854 to the address of the commander in pegn regardign the remoavl of the head qtr. of the pegn lt. infy. Bttn. to Hrenzada and eventually to some suitable location in the district of Thurawaddee, also regardign the pay of private in the bttn.
