With refrence to no 26 of the 18th Instt submits, an application from captain acton 2nd in command of Pegn light Infantry to have the leave for the 3 months there in referred to cancelled for the 15th june 1857 to the date on which he arrived at Ragnoon and took charge of certain malay Recurits for the Regt.
