With reference to Military Deptt. letter no. 358 of the 12th Septr. last, submit their Report on hte subject of the increase of the subordinate establishment of the Deptt. of P. Works, & the objection of the Court to allow European Soldiers to the with drawn from their Corps & sent to the Roorkee College for the purpose of being trained to aact as overseers in the Deptt. of P.Works.
