Proposal of the Govt. of Burma that where police-registered convicts, who are natives of India, have been transported from Burma to the Andamans, they should be transferred from Port Blair on completion of their sentences direct to their Indian province of origin, so as to avoid the additional expenditure of bringing them back to Burma.
