Question whether term-convicts sentenced to two or more terms of transportation running consecutively and aggregating twenty years or upwards, who are deported to Port Blair, are in addition to the 100 life-convicts (which is the maximum number of life-convicts to be deported annually from Burma to Port Blair), or whether the total number of life and term convicts should not exceed 100.
