The Commissioners reasons for thinking that no Successor to this Office can be supported till a new Charter of Justice is received - Notices an irregularity in the Certificate granted to Mr. Auderson by which that Gentlemen to draw his Pension from Ist July - he being continued to do duty in the Secretary Office and draw his Salary. Mr. Salmond and Mr. Church continued in Office.
