States that the dated fixed for the cessation of the Government of India`s subscription to the ``Annal of Indian Administration`` in its present form, is the 30th of April next. Submits, for favourable consideration, changes which he proposed to make in the future publication of the `` Annals,`` and informs that he intends to reduce the present cost to Government by publishing only 1,000 copies instead of 1,500.
