Recommends that Assistant Apothecary G.T.Leopold may be appointed to the new Settlement of Port Mouat as Officiating Apothecary; and solicits issue of instructions to the Pay Department for the advance of a month's pay, and to the Marine Authorities for a free passage, to Mr. Leopold to enable him to join.
