To Junior Secretary - With reference to his letter No 264 of th 9th February such, bringing to notice the demise which has occurred of late in the number of graduates of the Medical Collage on the recept of his letter the Director General ofthe Medical Department was called upon for a report on the subject, a copy of which is forwarded - It will be seen that he concurs with the Director of Public Instruction that retiring pensions shall be granted to Sub Assistant Surgeons, on the same terms as to other classes of uncovenanted public servant this # will be forwarded to Honble Court of Director the second proposal of the Director of public instructioin is that fee students in the English class be limited to 50 act.
