To Secretary - With refer to his letter No 1635 dated the 14th Instant authoriges the despatch of two more parties of 100men each to the Eastern Destricts of Bengal and states that all such Brigades shall in future consist of men enlisted into the Indian Navy, and be under command of a commissioner pffocer Caption Campbell Indian Navy the Senior officer here has been desired to undertake the duty of raising sum for this service asthey may be required and that they be placed under the articles of war for the Indian Navy.
